**Full Refund for Quality Defects**: If your DRINK CAMEL drink carrier has any manufacturing defects or quality issues (e.g., damaged stitching, faulty zippers, or insulation failure), you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team at admin@drinkcamel.com with your order number and a brief description or photos of the defect, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

**General Returns**: For non-defective items, you may return your drink carrier within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

**Process**: To initiate a return, email us at admin@drinkcamel.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

There are different configurations that can be used in different types, as well as the difference between hard exterior drinks versus a fragile cup need to be considered. Our Medium Carrier will accommodate up to 6 cans or bottles, but 4 coffee cups. Coffee cups, usually comprised of foam, cardboard, or plastic, are not able to force the Carrier into a maximum capacity due to their inability to withstand force.

This can also be said of the Large Carrier. The capacity of soft cups or coffee drinks is 6 cups. However, if you move the Velcro dividers to the front and use cans or bottles, you can easily transport up to 8, 12/16 ounce bottles or 12/16 ounce cans.
