By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with DRINK CAMEL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. 3.1 Product Descriptions - We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our drink carrier products, including materials, dimensions, and features. Our products are constantly evolving and being upgraded for better functionality, durability, and design. Each item is hand-crafted with care, but slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our production. We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any errors at any time. 

3.2 Pricing and Payment - All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency where applicable) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amounts. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. 

3.3 Order Acceptance - Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund. 

3.4 Subscriptions - If you subscribe to recurring deliveries or product updates, you agree to automatic billing at the selected interval. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer support, but cancellations may not take effect until the next billing cycle. 

4. Shipping and Delivery - We ship to addresses within [specify regions, e.g., the United States and select international locations]. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Our drink carriers are durable and designed for everyday use, but please inspect your package upon receipt for any damage during transit. 

5. Returns and Refunds 

5.1 Return Policy - We want you to love your DRINK CAMEL products. If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return, or return it to the platform which you’ve purchased [i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.]. We will provide a return shipping label where applicable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item if purchased on DRINKCAMEL.com, or check with the vendor or the platform from which you’ve purchased your amazing carrier. 

5.2 Exchanges - We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. 

5.3 Non-Returnable Items - Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective. Sale items may be final sale as indicated. 

6. Warranty Our drink carriers come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers workmanship and the product being free of flaws during manufacturing. To make a warranty claim, provide proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may replace or refund the product at our discretion. 

7. Intellectual Property - All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by DRINK CAMEL or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. "DRINK CAMEL" and related marks are our trademarks. 

8. User Conduct - You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to transmitting harmful code, infringing on others' rights, or engaging in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations. 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties - Our Services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

10. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRINK CAMEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question. 

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRINK CAMEL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services. 

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution - These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States of America without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Butler County, Pennsylvania. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. 

13. Force Majeure - We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. 

14. Severability - If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

15. Entire Agreement - These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DRINK CAMEL regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
